Every Monday morning, your dedicated phoneBlogger.net team huddles on a conference call reviewing what I call the “Vital Signs” for each client. The “vitals” include:
- when your latest blog article was published,
- where it was promoted,
- the date of your latest newsletter,
- the upcoming step of your upcoming article,
- your idea bank & approved article bank, etc.
We discuss how to make our process even more convenient & productive for you. Of course we are constantly communicating throughout the week, still our Monday morning meeting is vital.
Over the weekend I attended a conference featuring the notable authors Mark Victor Hansen & Sharon Lechter. The stream of speakers sparked many ideas & refocused several more. One such idea is our client feedback: Hearing from you directly is as Vital as the signs above. Sometimes you & I are emailing; sometimes we can jump on the phone; but neither may be convenient for us to do this week. But can you take 22 seconds & give us your Pulse?
Every Friday afternoon, you will be emailed a 1-question survey asking you to rate your pB experience for the week. You can elaborate with a comment: When we’re doing great, what made you think so? Where we need to improve, do you have an idea or suggestion? You can remain anonymous, or provide us your name so we can follow-up privately. We’ll then discuss your Pulse during our Vitals call the following Monday, as necessary.
Taking the pulse of our service – and taking action on it – will make your phoneBlogging experience better for you, for us, and for others. We hope you’ll give us your Pulse each week or whenever you feel compelled. Moreover, we ought to review whenever your article ideas get a bit dry. Let’s then jump on the phone; discuss how our service is working for you; and brainstorm new ideas. Thanks in advance – for helping us help you – even more.
Can’t wait until Friday(s)? You can rate your experience right now using this shortcut: pBpB.in/pB-Pulse {CONFIRM LINK BEFORE PUBLISHING}
